Soundaries MONO 102

Introducing a special little SUT “MONO-102“, Step up transformer for high output mono moving coil phono cartridge. We ensures you the built quality and identity of the top of the line Soundaries production.

MONO-102 is a 1:2+2 ratio step-up transformer (SUT) design, especially for Denon DL-102, moving coil phono cartridge. This transformer unit is made from 0.3mm permalloy core that has very high induce efficiency which is perfect for scale up small signal from moving coil cartridge. Every detail from the cartridge will not be tolerate.

Sound stage and dimension are much more clearer and pleasant to listen. With duplex bi-winding technique of wires that thinner than hair, MONO-102 have full respond on entire audible frequency range. Sound dynamics optimized to the maximum with matched impedance.

MONO-102 comes with ground lead. Ground connection within the unit is fully sync both sides and avoid ground loop current. Connecting the ground lead is mandatory for all mc cartridge. This will completely reduce hum in the system.

​​Noise shielding with 0.1mm permalloy will protect the unit from such noise from power equipment and unwanted magnetic field MONO-102 is specially made for Denon DL-102 cartridge with internal resistance of 240 Ω and output voltage of 3 mV.
